Digital Printing: Minimum order of 7 items.
Screen Printing & Embroidery: Minimum order quantities apply. We’ll guide you to the most cost-effective option for your project.
Print-ready artwork must be supplied in high-resolution vector or PDF format.
Design setup or file clean-up fees may apply if artwork isn’t print-ready.
By supplying artwork, you confirm you hold the rights to use it.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders.
Full payment must be received before pickup, delivery, or dispatch.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, EFTPOS, or approved invoice accounts.
Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of orders.
Standard turnaround is 7-14 business days from artwork approval and deposit payment.
Rush orders may be accommodated but may attract an express fee.
Delays caused by suppliers, shipping, or client artwork approval are outside our control.
Orders cancelled after deposit is paid may incur restocking or setup fees.
Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Any changes to quantities or artwork must be confirmed in writing.
We primarily print on quality blanks (e.g. AS Colour).
If you provide your own garments, printing is at your own risk — we cannot guarantee results or replace damaged stock.
Slight variations in print placement, colour, or sizing are part of the handmade print process and not considered faults.
Free local delivery is available in selected Illawarra suburbs.
Shipping can be arranged Australia-wide at the client’s expense.
Once an order leaves our studio, The Print Maker Co is not responsible for courier delays or lost parcels.
As all items are custom printed, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.
Reprints will only be considered in cases of genuine manufacturing or printing defects.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
